Errors during registration
In this section we will look at several things that may go wrong during registration. Let us first take another look at the registration form itself. If you have filled out everything correctly, it should work the first time. What can go wrong?
- User name. It has to be a new name on this system. We can not allow two users with the same name. If yours is taken, please ty another name. Also, this name is fixed and can not be changed anymore afterwards.
- Email. Make sure it is correct. In the current version, no verification emails are sent out in order for the registration to be successful. You may need this address when you have forgotten the password, because in that case, a verification email is sent to you.
- The password and Repeat Password have to be filled out identically. If they are not the same, the following error comes on the screen: Passwords do not match. Enter the same password twice. Please press the Back button of your web browser to return to the form.
- The Security Code should be typed exactly as displayed. Note that strange characters such as { [ * ^ may be used. Also, characters are case-sensitive.
- You should check the box “I agree to the conditions”. Click on the word Conditions to actually read the conditions.
